Queen Majesty Hot Sauces

from $10.00

Queen Majesty hot sauces are made in Brooklyn, NY using organic and carefully selected ingredients. Each hot sauce recipe perfectly balances an exciting flavor with varying levels of heat. Every flavor is sugar free, gluten free, and vegan. Buy the full-size or sample them all in the trio pack.

  • Scotch Bonnet & Ginger has a vibrant flavor and a slow-burning heat. The brightness of the ginger and lemon work perfectly to spice up soups and curries or mix a little with honey and use for sweet potatoes or wings. This surprisingly versatile sauce can be added to all of your favorite dishes. 5 oz. Heat level = Medium

  • Jalapeño Tequila & Lime balances a refreshing flavor with a satisfying heat. Based on 3 main ingredients — jalapeños, tequila and limes — with Bragg's apple cider vinegar and a little green apple adds some complimentary sweetness to the lime juice. Of the four flavors, this one has the most garlic and it works perfectly on everything from grilled seafood to egg sandwiches. Add some to mashed avocado to top off your taco. 5 oz. Heat level = Medium

  • Red Habanero & Black Coffee combines an exciting flavor with a sensational heat. The hottest recipe of the bunch, it uses more than twice the amount of hot peppers than Scotch Bonnet & Ginger Sauce. This variety also differs from the other sauces because it does not have any citrus juice but it does have two types of vinegar: a dark roasted coffee-infused vinegar and Bragg's organic apple cider vinegar. There won't be an overwhelming coffee flavor but what it does add is a nice smoky darkness that stands up to the intense flavor of the red habaneros. This sauce works great with rich foods like pasta and pizza. Try mixing it with ketchup or mayo for fries and burgers. 5 oz. Heat Level = Hot

  • Cocoa Ghost combines rich, dutch processed, jet black cocoa powder and luscious pineapple juice. Chipotle, pasilla and ghost pepper dance together for a smoky depth and a remarkable, lingering heat. Welcome to this hot (ghost + habanero), sweet (plums + pineapple) & smoky (chipotle + pasilla) hot sauce! Heat Level = Hot. Featured on season 17 of Hot Ones.

  • Manzano Serrano balances a warm citrus flavor with a hint of heat. The spice level is kept to a minimum because it pairs so well with delicate seafood such as shrimp and oysters. You can also add this hot sauce to any grilled fish, ceviche, and all kinds of salad. Heat level = Mild / Medium

  • Sampler pack includes the Jalapeño Tequila & Lime, Scotch Bonnet & Ginger, and Red Habanero & Black Coffee in 2 oz. bottles.
